start at £19.00 per night.
• Our twin rooms in one of our homes start at £16.00 per night.

• Our self contained comfortable homely Studio Flats are priced from £35 per night (£245 per week). (Discounts available for single occupancy).

• In St Awdry's Terrace, we also have self contained 2 bed roomed flats which sleep up to 5 people. The price is from £55 per night (£375 per week) depending on the number of occupants.

• In Faircross cottage we have ensuite rooms with their own shower and toilet where you share the kitchen with the other guest. If you do not want to share there is a self contained one bedroomed family holiday flat with its own kitchen and bathroom with a bath and shower and out side garden

• As well as Studio Flats we also have a number of 1 bedroom flats, which start at £ 40.00 per night. (£280 per week)

Only three people in the house sharing the kitchen and bathroom.

All cancellations MUST be made 28 days before date of arrival, if you cancel after this date there will be no refund of the booking deposit.
Once payment has been made, there will be no refunds.
No checking in before 13.00 hours unless arranged with Catherine. Checking out time is 11.00 hours in the morning.
