Refund Policy

Please note: all cancellations MUST be made 28 days before date of arrival,
if you cancel after this date there will be no refund of the booking deposit.

Once payment has been made, there will be no refunds.

No checking in before 13.00 hours unless arranged with Catherine.
Checking out time is 11.00 hours in the morning.
